1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using InspectPlus ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

InspectPlus is a software service that enables chimney inspection professionals to capture on-site findings and generate detailed, code-backed PDF reports. The Service includes:

Mobile report building capabilities
Cloud storage for reports
Integration with Workiz for estimates
Customer support and updates

3. Subscription and Payment

The Service is offered under two pricing plans:

Per-Technician Plan: $30 per technician monthly or $25 per technician yearly
Pay-As-You-Go Plan: $5 per report with no monthly fee

All payments are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but you will not receive a refund for any unused portion of your subscription.

4. User Responsibilities

As a user of the Service, you agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information when registering
Maintain the security of your account credentials
Use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws
Not share your account access with unauthorized users
Not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Landa Tech Solutions and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Landa Tech Solutions be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
